Hello everyone, this is my first post and i apologies if this is not the correct sub forum to post this question.
I am end user of Magento 1.9, trying to set a discount of Buy 5 get 3 free.
I've tried to use the following
- Buy N products, and get next same products free
- The cheapest, also buy x get y
- Percent discount, Buy X get Y Free
- Fixed disxount, Buy X get Y with $10 off
- Fixed price, Buy X get Y for $9.90
But they all don't work.
I googled an saw this screen which have the option of

But in my Magento backend, they is no dropdown option for Buy X get Y free (discount amount is Y)
Could i be missing something?
