Store url problem

I have magento store we changed the url from www.mysite.co.uk to mysite.co.uk
But it not take effect iv check my data bass and it set to the right url reindex it clean cache steal will not take effect we have to keep add the www to the url evey time we have no frountend if you click on a catalogue it just reload the page any help or ideas would be much appreciated thank you

You should check that the correct site URL is used in all store views and then triple check that cache has successfully been flushed. I'd also then recommend testing in an incognito browser window as Chrome (for example) will sometimes remember that previously there was a redirect from one subdomain to another.

try that sreal same problem in php my admin iv change the url but steal display old url all so i can edit it on the backend as it dos not save the seting my ssl is turn off and cant think of any think elles to try
