Transactional email not sent

I'm afraid to do that, because in case something goes wrong I wouldn't know how to fix it.

I tried activating SMTP Pro and the test works properly. Sadly, emails still don't arrive.

Also in core_email_queue and core_email_queue_recipients there are no more values.

@simone_romeo have you tried by installing the extension suggested by @Vimal Kumar ?
