Using:
Magento CE 1.7.0.2
We have an UPS account with negotiated shipping rates.
For some reason the shipping rates in the Shipping Quotes are way off !!
I have contacted UPS Technical Support. They can't help me further and said the problem is with Magento.
Example of the problem:
A customer orders a product. 200 grams and wants to ship it to Spain. (We are located in the Netherlands)
The customer get's a shipping quote. Cost: € 108,- (ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT !!!! )
The customers leaves our store because the shipping rate is way to high !
Our negotiated rate for the same product is actually € 21,- (which is a bit high, but reasonable)
Is there anyone who has the same problem, or knows how to fix this asap ?
