Customizing the iphone mobile template

Working on customizing the mobile feature of my website www.fashionxonline.com.

I am able to customize the colors and images, etc. What I want to do is delete the text:

Specializing in: Wholesale clothing, wholesale women's clothings, wholesale ladies clothing, wholesale dresses, wholesale tops, wholesale jeans, wholesale shorts, wholesale shoes, wholesale heels, wholesale leggings, wholesale handbags, wholesale jackets, wholesale kimonos, wholesale fashions, women's tops, women's jeans, women's shorts, women's accessories, women's wholesale clothing and much more!

I just want that to be at the footer on my main site not on mobile. How do I edit this out?

How you "create" mobile theme? For example: create new store view.

I was able to figure this out. It was actually a silly error on my part having the HTML in the wrong spot. What i want to do now is figure out how to add social media icons to mobile

app/design/frontend/rwd/default/template/catalog/product/view/sharing.phtml

Use can use this template for your mobile theme.
