Hi,
Please don't shout at the newbie! Am sure is a daft question but I have spent a day Googling but can't find the answer?!
My seo company have informed me my gorillaracking.co.uk/ page obviously shares duplicate content with my gorillaracking.co.uk/home page. How do I get around this? Can I get rid of the "home" page? presumably I don't need 2 home/index pages?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Iain

Hello @rowneybury27
Yes, gorillaracking.co.uk/ & gorillaracking.co.uk/home are seen as duplicates. The best solution is to use a 301 redirect from the page with /home to the one without it.
This page explains what are canonical pages and how they work. This should give you a starting point.
