After 1.9.2.2 I can't create user on the front side

I have update the magento 1.9.2.2 and evrything is running fine.

Except user already register can proceed order but  new customers can't create new account.

When I'm filling the information after saving, i have the same page with no informations.

Can someone help me please ?

Check your custom template for existence of the FORMKEY
