We have one of our module uploaded on magento connect for ver 1.9.xNow we would like to remove some unwanted module version which came upon module submission.
Is there any option to remove these version by ourselves?

On Magento Connect (I think) you can edti the M1 versions of the module. There you'll find an option called: "Show on frontend".
That isn't the same than delete a release but maybe you can hide a given release.
