What is the official word on end of life for magento 1

Hi all

I'm looking for confirmation from one of the Magento mods regarding the 'end of life' for Magento 1 support.

I've read all sorts regarding this, but to aid me in creating a comprehensive report for my Directors, I need to finally pin down the facts regarding this.

Could I please request confirmation or otherwise that Magento 1 will no longer be supported/patched after June 2020?

Yes, its official announcement for Magento 1 end support June 2020.
