Add New Shipping methods

Hi everyone,

I need a help from you. I have to add three shipping methods for my site. Here is the conditions

1. Shipping under 20 euros, 5.25

2.Shipping over 20 euro 3,95

3. From 45 euros free

Can you please tell me how can I set these options. I already know how to set free shipping. Other two methods need to setup.

Please help!!!
