Block delete by mistake

Hi, I'm new and I deleted menu block by mistake, now my store doesn't have a menu. Can you help me to have it back? Thanks

If do you have any database back up you can get it from cms_block table.

You can get Menu Block by Database backup if you have already, 

Menu block has a category list, You need to again create Category from Backend to redisplay in your site.
