Here, I am sharing how you can achieve it:
For changing the logo in email, go to the following path:
Logged in into Admin -> Content ->Configuration -> Select the configuration [Here you can see one section named as "Transnational Email"]
Upload the logo here for email templates.
For changing the name of email sender:
Logged in into Admin -> Stores -> Configuration -> General -> Store email addresses [Here you can put the Sender Name]

1. I try to change the logo of Transnational Email erro comes :
"A technical problem with the server created an error. Try again to continue what you were doing. If the problem persists, try again later."
before that this error comes for header website logo and I followed this article
and I replaced the text from design_config_form
"fileUploader" to "imageUploader"
now even there is no keyword fileUploader in the design_config_form
same error comes for logo water mark
2. You can see the screen short
I set email and everything correctly but still when the email receive name shows - wesite/ftp username
another problem is
Email not receiving after order
when the order comes, the customer receives the email very late after two hours, and admin even not receive the email after order. Even I set the SMTP settings. What other setting required for this.
and also how to change the display name of the email when the customer receives the email.
I search for this and found that cron job setting are required with the hosting please see the screen short and tell me how to set cron job and command I need to run

As soon as the FedEx guy comes for Pickup, he will scan the shipping labels. On scanning, the amount will be deducted automatically from your FedEx account and you will be charged. You do not need to pay the FedEx agent in cash.
