Coupon exclude manufacturer

How to create coupon that is excluded for specific manufacturers?

Seems like whatever I do it apply discount for every product or not for any. I only want specific brand to be excluded from promotion. 

Using Magento 2.2.6.

Found problem. There are 2 places for conditions. I need to import below discount options.
