Genetate shippimg labeel Issue

Hi,

I am using magento 2.3.2 ,  Create Shipping Label check box is not visible from orders->ship page, i want to generate label for my order, my product is not downloadable and it it has weight,

i am using USPS shipping.

Please help me to create shipping label

Hi ,

Still i am unable to generate shipping label , my problem is "Create shipping label" check box is not visioble in orders page , at customer side everything is working, admin side i want to generate label.
