How to Hide Alaska and Hawaii States from Shipping

Hello Community,

Can anyone tell how to block Hawaii and Alaska States.

If we can either restrict these two states or completely

hide them from the States drop down menu that would be great.

Our Magento version is 2.0.7 , please tell us the best

possible solution without altering the code.
