Imported product changes do not reflect on the front end

Hello.

I just installed Magento and am having a serious problem.

I can send the product from my ERP to Magento 2.

However, I can not update products that are imported from ERP.

When I enter the product edition, I can change it, but the change does not reflect the listing or the front-end of the site.

Can someone help me?

@marcos_magalhaeMake sure your crons are running which will reindex the data or changes you are making to the products. You would also have to clear the cache to view those changes on the frontend.

Apparently everything is ok with cron. Can you tell me how I look? So I can send you the print.

Notice 2 things.

1. Notice that inside the panel, one name appears in the list and another in the edit page (print attached). That is, neither the listing within the panel is updated.

2. This occurs only with products imported from our ERP.

I have already updated the magendo from version 2.2.6 to 2.2.7 and did not solve.

I already did a new installation of magento (100% clean) and also did not solve.

Can you help me?

@marcos_magalhaeFor some reason images are not appearing. I guess it takes sometime for community forum software to display them. Can you share the URL of the screenshot instead of uploading the images. You can share using any free online tool.

I talked to the person who set up the crons and she said she checked the reindexing and everything is ok.

Notice in print that the SKU has been updated, but the product name does not.
