We're running Magento CE, and Adobe's Adobe Sensei AI recommendation engine is only available for Magento EE users.

There are products that can provide similar tools for providing personalized product recommendations, etc.

In terms of SaaS solutions, there are options like (listed alphabetically): HiConversion, InstantSearch+, Justuno, Klevu, Nosto, and Searchspring. Prices will certainly vary depending on the plan that you sign up for, etc. Different providers are stronger in different areas, like site search or exit intent popups to decrease cart abandonment.
