Language Display of Orders in Backend

Hi all.

I have a v1 website with English and Thai language for the products. Apart from that, all locales, etc., are set to UK (Eng). Identical products are in both views. At present, when an order is placed on the Thai side of the site, the product details show up in the backend in Thai, but I would like to know whether there is a way to have them display in the backend and print out in English, in order that my non-Thai speaking staff can do the picking, etc.

Apologies in advance if it's a silly question - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @markl23,

Which version of Magento are you using?

As general rule: backend will show the default locale at least you change the store scope.

Then, if you are creating an Order with the Thai store has sense to be shown in the store language (I guess).

Can you share some screenshot (removing sensitive data) to understand better what you see and which parts you want to change? (in order to move forward with a local test)
