Magento 2.2.5 Community - How to add a New Customer Group

I am trying to add a new customer group. I have searched the web, and this forum, and all the documentation says:

Stores > Other Settings > Customer Groups

Unfortunately I do not have Other Settings in the nav. Is this a limitation of the Community addition? Do I need to configure my left nav correctly?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi

Customer group can be created from the backend of the magento on both the version Community version and Commerce version as well ..

so there is no limitation on this for community version ..

Customer group can be created from - Customers -> Customer Groups -> Add new customer group.

Here you have uploaded the screenshot which is not visible to us..

But yes you can create custom group from the backend ..

can you also check are you on which mode developer , default or production ?

There is no limitation related to customer group in community edition, you can create customer group from backend:

Hi @kevin_connolly

I think you are following different path to create new customer group in Magento Community 2.2.5 version.

If you would like to create new customer group then you have to following path under navigation menu:

Customers -> Customer Groups

From here you can create as many customer groups as required.
