Setup Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce tracking for Magento 2.3

Is there any extension free or paid that does setup Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce tracking for Magento? Or can it be done without using any extension, my mangeto is 2.3

Magento does not have the datalayer so eCommerce Enhanced is not working with magento native version.

I like this extension:

Weltpixel is doing a very good job, but it depends of theme your are using. This extension put on the theme a layer of code to create the data layer, and It can have some conflict with your theme.
There is a free version, so you can instal it and when if there is any conflict. I like this extension because they give you a GTM content and Analytics pre setup (there are very use full).
