Where can we edit default sales emails in 2.35

I need to edit the default sales emails, I tried switching it with new template but the items are not included in the email as there seems to be a bug in 2.35. I need to know where I can edit the default sales emails.

Find an entry of the email_template table where you want to create a new email template.

and there, you would find one column - is_legacy

Set 1 in that column from 0.
