add tracking number in order page

Hello,

In order page >> New shipment, add tracking number block is not appearing. It was working fine till a few days ago. But now, there is nothing there. Any suggestion?

  Yes, I have recently installed a gift card extension. Could that be the reason for this issue. If so, what should do to solve it.

First try disabling the extension from admin extension configuration and then using either command (if composer install). If FTP install then by replacing 1 to 0 in config.php under app/etc/

First confirm the issue is due to that, or any other reason.

I have tried disabling the extension. But that doesn't solve the issue. Should I also change the extension code in config.php from 1 to 0?

Is there any other way that I can solve this issues without having to disable this extension.
