Feature request from kanduvisla, posted on GitHub Dec 23, 2016 So I recently 'discovered' that you can set the proper urn's for your IDE with the command bin/magento dev:urn:generate , but if you're running your Magento development environment in a VM (like I am) the paths generated do not match with the path on your development machine. For example, in my VM, Magento 2 is installed in /var/www/magento , and /var/www is mounted on my local directory /Users/giel/PhpStormProjects/ProjectName . So when I run bin/magento dev:urn:generate ../misc.xml it generates all mappings to /var/www/magento instead of /Users/giel/PhpStormProjects/ProjectName , rendering this feature useless if you're running it in a VM. So there are 2 options here: I can edit misc.xml and find and replace all the paths. Or: We can add an extra option to the CLI command, --prefix for example. If we go for option 2, we can do something like: bin/magento dev:urn:generate --prefix="/Users/giel/PhpStormProjects/ProjectName/" ../misc.xml Would this be a nice attribution to this function? Hello We are a company that uses Magento 2.4 multi-store. We are based in France. In September 2027, French legislation will require us to issue electronic invoices to our business customers. These invoices must be submitted to a partner dematerialisation platform (PDP). They will then be accessible to the business customer. We will also need to send an e-report to the French tax authorities. This is a data declaration that lists transactions and payments for all B2C and B2B exchanges (intra-Community exchanges between European countries and export exchanges). I would like to know if MAGENTO plans to upgrade its solution to, for example, generate electronic invoices directly from MAGENTO. The same applies to e-reporting. Does MAGENTO plan to enable the generation of e-reporting to tax authorities? These developments (e-invoicing and e-reporting) are planned for France, but other European countries will certainly follow suit. Italy, for example, has already switched to electronic invoicing. Currently, we transfer all our MAGENTO invoices to our SAGE Commercial Management system and then to our SAGE accounting system. This allows us to correct certain inconsistencies generated on Magento invoices. We work on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and many marketplaces do not report billing data correctly, which means that billing in Magento is inconsistent. The integration step by our sales management is essential for the proper maintenance of our accounts and our declarations to the various tax authorities. We are concerned that MAGENTO will move towards electronic invoicing and that we will no longer be able to correct inconsistencies in MAGENTO invoices as they will already have been sent via e-invoicing and e-reporting. We are currently developing a feature that allows customers to save their credit card information to their accounts. However, due to service limitations, the saved credit card can only be used on a single dealer site. This restriction arises because the credit card token generated during the purchase cannot be applied to payment accounts of other dealers. This limitation may lead to a suboptimal user experience for customers wishing to use their saved credit card across multiple PCO dealer sites. Hello, I think we would need a better FedEx module for Magento 2.   A very important topic in my opinion would be to have the possibility to propose HAL (Hold at location) and FDM (FedEx Delivery Manager) to the customers which could lead to a sizable increase of sales for all merchants.   We still have some issues with shipping methods naming worldwide: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/39162 Listnening to FedEx support team there should be an option regarding imageType: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/39186   Any idea if those improvements are coming in a near future? Hello, Currently Advanced Pricing works on Simple Select for Customer Groups. Very inconvenient if you need to apply the same pricing policy to several groups at the same time. Could you please consider to allow MultiSelect of Customer Groups for this feature ? We are a canadian business, and the exchange rate has been getting worse and worse.  Displaying prices in CAD on our website gives an impression of expensiveness.    I'd like to replicate what eBay/Paypal does:  customer can choose to pay in USD or CAD.  If they pay in USD, their credit card will do the conversion (unless they have a USD credit card).  If they pay in CAD,  they will pay the price displayed on the website.   If they pay in USD,  I'd like the money to be deposited in our USD account.  If they pay in CAD, I'd like the money to be deposited in our CAD account.   It seems like what I'm seeking is not supported by Adobe Commerce / Magento 2, and yet: I think it would be a fantastic improvement. ... Hi, We are using Live Search on Adobe Commerce 2.4.7. Right now the merchandizing rules are really limitative in terms of how we can manually add rules to sort products in a PLP or a Search Result page. We can only Boost / Bury / Pin / Hide a product by SKU, which is not really useful and really time consuming when we need to merchandize large catalogs. We have 2 separate stores for US and AU, the AU store / products have is a general sales tax applied to products that is shown before purchase. Currently the API only allows to import special_price by "Scheduled Change". We would prefer a straight import of special_price value on store level (due to currencies for different countries). Please provide a way to exclude virtual products (gift cards) from free shipping rules.  Since gift cards can be emailed they should not be included in the cart subtotal and count towards free shipping.   This feature should also be made available for any product.  The interface could simply be on the configurable product setup as a toggle that says something like "Free Shipping Rule"  yes/no(toggle).   Possibly, by default...virtual products should never count towards free shipping rules. ...
