Cache not working on production site.

Hi all,

We appear to have a caching issue on our site. FPC is enabled but we are still seeing the following:

Cache-Control	
max-age=0, must-revalidate, no-cache, no-store
Pragma	
no-cache

The site is taking around half a second to generate and I have searched the Forum and interweb to make sure we are not missing anything.

Are you using the built-in Full Page Cache for Magento 2? What Caching Application are you using?

Yes we are using the built in FPC.
