Integration ebay and m2epro

We need to prepare a proof of concept for a client, that will be about the integration ebay <=> m2epro. I connected ebay with Magento 2 and that works correctly. Issue is when I am placing an order on ebay, because this order is never visible in the order section. Is it because our enviroment is a closed one? Or there might me other reasons? What I found was an information about this system bug from 2017 about orders not uploading to Magento 2.

Actually couple of settings in M2E Pro that need to be enabled to collect orders.

Along with this additional settings should perform for eBay listings 

Check:

Sell on eBay > Configuration > Synchronization tab

• Make sure that Orders Synchronization = Yes and press Save
• Also pressing "Run Now" may provoke orders to be collected

Sell on eBay > Configuration > Account Settings tab > Click on your eBay ID > Left tab click on Orders

• Set "Import eBay Orders:" = Yes
• Product Is Listed By M2E Pro = Yes
• Product Is Listed By Any Other Software > Create Order in Magento = Yes (and set other settings as appropriate

Note: The latter setting will set M2E Pro to collect orders for eBay listings that you did not list via M2E Pro

With those settings done, go back to Sell on eBay > Configuration > Synchronization tab and hit the "Run Now" button for orders.

You can also check the log history in Sell on eBay > Logs > Orders tab

@yash_patel What if I do not have that "Sell on Ebay" option at all? 

Maybe you can recommend some other solution than m2epro?
