Greetings,
i would like to create and style my own mega menu for magento 2. So far i styled the navigation with it´s subcategories (screenshot 1).
Now i would like to add different static blocks to different main categories inside navigation dropdown and place them under or beside the submenus (screenshot 2). For example "Fahrrad" should use another static block then "E-Bike".
My questions are:
1. How do i add different static blocks to different categories?
(In magento 1 there was a way i.e. using "wp_custom_menu_8" to creat custom block regarding to it´s category id)
2. How do i place them under or beside the submenu?
3. Is there a solution just using the backend since i am quite new to magento 2 and the usage of xml and php?!
Hopefully you can help me.
And just to be clear, i don´t want to use any extensions
