Cannot change to newly installed theme in Magento 2.1.0

Hi. I just recently installed Magento 2.1.0 and installed a new theme. But, for some reason, there is nothing under Content>Configuration for me to change to my newly installed theme. All I can see is the word "Design Configuration" and the loading image, no table with the lists of themes installed. Did someone experience the same thing, if you did, would you be so kind on sharing how you solved your issue? Thank you in advance everyone. Cheers!

Did you try changing the theme through System -> Configuration -> Design -> changing the package name .

I believe changing of themes in 2.1 is moved to Content unlike in 2.0.x which is under Store.
