I am currently developing a theme based on the blank theme. The Blank Theme foresees that the header links will show "My Account", "Sign In", "Welcome" and "Create an Account" when the user is not logged in. After login, "Sign In" becomes "Sign Out" and "Create an Account" disappears.
How can I achieve that "My Account" and the "Welcome" message are also only displayed when the user is logged in?
