Add related products to search result in magento 2.3

I need add related products to search. For example, if user search 'AAA' i need show product with name 'AAA' and related to 'AAA' products - 'AAB' and 'AAC'. How i can do this?

PS this is for spare parts - manufacturers set some parts as obsolete and only release substitutions. I need show substitutions in search result for original part.

Yes, i talking about related products which is showcase on product details page. And, yes, i talking about search result page.

I need that related products (which is showcase on product details page) also showed up at search result page.

It was simple - I added the related product sku's to the description and set up this field for search.
