Attribute filter in URL Value instead of #ID number

Good evening fellow Magento users,

I might have overseen the ability to change what I want to achieve.

Currently when one of the attributes is filtered from my products the url is formed with the #ID number of the value of the attribute.

I would like to have the value itself in the URL. I have made a simple image of what I would like to have.

Could anybody please help me whether there is an included option in Magento 2 to change this or if there is any coding solution?
