Magento 2 Admin Reset Password link in Email ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hello,

 

the Link in Email for Reset Password for Admin area isn't  working. I get the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS or its just redirected back to log in admin area.

Could somebody help me why the link isn't working and how could I resolve this?

 

Magento ver. 2.3.0
