i am using magento 2.1.3 version , mine problem was how can seller has
invitations to others like their products.

You can use Magento email to a friend functionality

Does it mean you are using a marketplace kind of system and where you have seller dashboard and you would like to send invitation from seller to seller ? or you would like to achieve something else ?

yes i would like to send the seller to seller invitation, recently i am installing webkul marketplace for seller module and it did n't have the invitations module for communicating the seller to others.

Looking at the webkul and their all the extension they might have a module called marketplace buyer seller chat where they customer and seller can chat here it the link - https://webkul.com/blog/magento2-marketplace-seller-chat/

But seller to seller chat is i think not available - so here i would request you to create a custom extension for this seller to seller chat/email functionality.

Currently, the feature to invite other sellers to the Marketplace is not available in Webkul's Marketplace Multi Vendor Module for Magento2 - https://store.webkul.com/magento2-multi-vendor-marketplace.html
