SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory

when i try to excute php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy this error will show my terminal.

actually am using ubuntu 16.04 lts with lamp server am hosting with digitalocean server if anyone know this error sloution please pick me or replay here.

i hope someone help my issue thanks in advance.

when i run 

$ php bin/magento setup:upgrade

in cli then Re: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory error occured please can u help
