2.1.6 page not fully loading [front end]

Hello,

We use a server in the UK, Mextreme by simple servers.

We seem to be experiencing some pages not fully loading and loading only the logo and 3-4 categories on our horiztonal mega menu. There are actually 5-6 other categories not showing.

Upon refreshing the browser page all loads fine.


Also had a separate issue with the homepage where it was totally blank. Recompiling in SSH resolves this twice for when it occurred twice in the last 2weeks.

Hi @TIMMY9,

If you are getting some blank pages or pages not loading completely maybe you're getting error 500s. Can you check you Magento's logs and your webserver error log too?
