Amazon Sales Channel stopped communicating with Amazon

Starting sometime yesterday (July 10, 2024, suspected between 4pm-5pm Eastern Time), info about new orders in Amazon are no longer appearing in our Magento. Also starting this time, Amazon is also not getting the order shipment updates we created in Magento.

We use v.4.4.4 of the Amazon Sales Channel module (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce-channels/amazon/release-notes) on a Magento 2.4.1 install.

Looking at the various logs (from Magento, from the Amazon Sales Channel module) on our Magento server side, they don't seem to indicate any mysteriously new errors are being experienced. So we have no indicator outside of comparing with Amazon that the communication using this module is no longer working. Any one else experiencing this same strange situation?

For some reasons, this Adobe module for Amazon Sales Channel can no longer be found on the Marketplace.

is coming up with a 404 Not Found error.

This module also can't be found in my Marketplace account which is where I purchased this module from before. So I don't even know if there is access to update to the latest module version of v4.5.0 to see if that can resolve this issue between Magento and Amazon.

If anyone else have any idea what might be wrong, please share your thoughts.

I'm not sure what happened with that module, but with our clients we use M2E Pro for that and it's working fine.

Yea, that extension is still gone. If any of you need help switching to M2E Pro which works properly, let me know, we have years of experience with it.

An update: Our developer is part of a Magento Slack community and an Engineering Manager from Adobe came across our search for information and let us know that the Adobe module is discontinued. Apparently there were communications sent from Adobe side about this module becoming EOL but we never received them for some reasons. Not sure if it is because we're on Community/Open Source edition or mail issues on our side preventing us from getting emails from Adobe. Unfortunately this left us in the dark until the module no longer functions as normal.

We're now trying M2E Pro (https://m2epro.com/) on a trial to see if that will meet our needs.

@rolfbmecoma14c I would suggest searching for other vendors for integration between Magento and Amazon. Channelengine (https://www.channelengine.com/en/all-integrations/magento-2) was suggested to us as well, but we went to trial with M2E Pro since that seems like it may get us up and running again more quickly.
