Hello..
Ok bare with me here.. this is kind of a tricky one.
We are trying to add grouped products into configurable products.
We start off by creating grouped multiple grouped products, containing 2 SKU's each.
We then create the attributes for configurable products and add our own grouped products as "configurable options".
The problem is that the stock qty isn't fetched from the child products and stays at 0.
Even with backorders activated, we receive the error message
"Can't check requested quantity for products without Source Items support."
when trying to add a configuration to the cart.
Does anyone know how to resolve this? We have tried to search for the error message but cant inf any info anywhere.
The products has qty in stock and as we have set the system to even allow backorders we feel that this should not matter. But in the end product itself it says 0 in quantity.
