Replace

return $this->fileMime->getMimeType($this->_file['tmp_name']);

with

return $this->_file['type'];

works for me

Installing "FILEINFO" php extension on server worked for.

Edit php.ini and enable extension fileinfo

Very simple,  use

return $this->_file['type'];

instead of 

return $this->fileMime->getMimeType($this->_file['tmp_name']);
