Hungarian currency issue decimal

Hi Guys

We have a problem with our Hungarian storeview. All prices are with a 0 decimal before the price?

JPY, KRW, TWD, IDR and other integer currencies are same.

It's caused by 2.2 version of Magento framework.

To fix this issue, you need to rewrite Magento\Framework\Locale\Format::getPriceFormat().

I strongly recommend to use 2.2.x. 2.2.x contains serialized data format changes. You need to convert serialized data from 2.1.x and 2.0.x to 2.2.x.
