Images not appearing on product page after upgrade to 2.3.4

I've just upgraded from CE 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 and also upgraded my Porto theme and a number of Amasty modules. Everything is working fine except that on the product page 95% of the images aren't appearing. I see them on the home and category pages but not the product detail pages and when I chase the file reference back to the cache, i see that it doesn't exist.

I have cleared the cache and run resize a number of times but the product page images still aren't appearing. Any ideas?

Hi @kayland 

There might be some permission on media folder while regenerating images.

sudo chmod -R 0777 pub/media

php bin/magento catalog:image:resize

Thanks Vimal but it appears not to have worked.

Any other ideas?

Hi, did you find a solution? I have the same problem every time I apply a Porto update.
