Magento 2.3.1 Shows blank white screen

Hi All,

Facing issue in core module Magento_Paypal, Working on Magento 2.3.1, While going to configure the payment in my site it shows me a blank white page. Issue occurs on

Stores -> Configuration -> Sales -> Payment Configration.

Blank page error by clicking the Payment Methods

Blank white page it shows when we click Payment methods under sales tab.

Disabling the Paypal modules shows me the following page result.

Running smooth after disabled Paypal in site.

This is my local where i can get the page without disabling the paypal module,

Hello @rbalamuruga 

it is happen due to env.php file encryption key change.

There are two solutions for that

1) use the same encryption  key

2) go to core_config_data into db and find record related payment config

select * from core_config_data where path like '%payment%'

remove such a record related key or otherwise delete all from above key and do cache flush and try it.

Thanks for your answer, But still i didn't resolve it. Cleared payment related entries in db, and Both are having same keys, as in my live as well as in local. Can you please have any more ideas to resolve this?

have you did cache after removing the entry.

Try to enable error msg

enable it and open the page again and check page source and check any error showing

Please look once at browser console and network tab.

May be you got any clue or error like 500 or 302.

what is your current deployment mode?
Following thing you can do for debug:
- please check in development mode after error_reporting enable
- check magento logs and server log, may be you got some clue there
- deploy all commands again in the sequence.

chmod -R 0777 var/ pub/ generated/
rm -rf var/cache/* var/view_preprocessed/* generated/* pub/static/*
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:di:compile
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
php bin/magento cache:flush
php bin/magento indexer:reindex

Currently I'm in developer mode, error_reporting already enabled, Checked logs and in console and network also still i found nothing.
