Magento 2.3 Commerce Deployment - Anyone Else Experiencing Issues?

We've been trying to deploy to the the production server since the end of August but our developers and Magento commerce support still cannot get this working...

When merging integration branch to staging we received the error when deploying:

E: Command '['ssh', u'3.xxlgvpxxxqgyds.ent.magento.cloud', 'sudo /usr/bin/sv -w
300 stop site-xxlgvpxxxqgyds_stg']' returned non-zero exit status 1

Has anyone else seen this issue?

@andysmithk  I have worked on both Starter and Pro account. Have not seen this issue. What does support says? I know they are slow but they should be able to help you. Talk to your launch manager. They may have provisioned new environment in case an issue with the environment. If it's more than a month then something else must be there.
