HI,
i am using magento 2.3 with porto theme. when buyer proceeds to checkout with more than 260 items the checkout page gets completely blank but when proceed with less than 260 products checkout page and order process works fine.
i already tried the following but no luck
- increased memory_limit.
- increased max_execution_time.
- disabled unnecessary modules.
- checked all logs for any error.
- executed all commands setup upgrade, di:compile, static content deploy, cache flush, reindex.
