Magento 2 Checkout & Mini-Cart Issues as Guest

Heya, all. I'm having a unique issue with one of my store-views where the Guest checkout and minicart does not function. However, my other stores work just fine.

Is this a cookie issue for the one domain? I cant see how any of my store-view configurations would be compromising the Checkout functions as a guest. Mainly because my store configurations are mostly the same among the other functional storeviews.

issue with your special char as i see some where e've got exactly what "Giraffe"-ter"

that is create issue, check where you defined 

e've got exactly what "Giraffe"-ter" and try to  change some thing else and check it.

If works then mark as a solution.
