Hello Magento Community,
Let me explain our issue. We have hired a company that are doing a connection with Exact online which is pushing all the prices and stock from Exact to Magento.
The problem is that when they run their software to update the pricing in Magento .. sending all the prices from Exact to Magento .. the stock goes to 0 in Magento. They are saying that on their side everything is working fine and that the issue is in Magento. We cannot find what is causing the issue...
What are we missing? What should we have in Magento when all the prices and stock are constantly being updated by the connection with Exact. Maybe some settings are wrong? Has anyone had a similar issue? Or maybe there is someone that has a connection like this and knows how everything should be set up within Magento?
