Magento2 after created category WHOOPS, OUR BAD...

hello i have created category i get this error after category display in home page and after click on the category i get this error

WHOOPS, OUR BAD...

That's called a 404 page.

Have you tried reindexing and clearing cache?

i have reindecing and clear cache from store and browser and not solved i get 404 page although the Category is on the home page and the ID is real, when I go to the Category I get 404 error page 

i have Version 2.3.7 P4
