Not see order

Good evening,
when I place an order from frontend this does not appear in the list in backend and frontend, although it is present in the DB, while if I create it from beckend it is displayed correctly both in frontend and backend and respects the correct numerical progression.
Has anyone had the same problem?

Hello @Paride Fontana 

Try to run re indexing once and check in order grid table if data is there for these orders or not.

and then follow solutions shared by @Tarandeep Singh
