The product admin moved the product category from 'Sales','Computer' to 'Free-gift' category and save successfully. The product can be shown in 'Free-gift' category. We have clear cache on Admin portal only.
After few days, the product moves back to 'Sales' 'Computer' categories and confirmed nobody hasto change the setting.
We have use Redis as cache server.
