Im having problems with my magento 2 installation. Ive imported my data from magento 1.9.2.4 using the data_migration_tool on github. All data seems to have copied over successfully however im experiencing the following problem.
Crons even though set up correctly dont seem to be running.
If i run them manually via ssh I get the following error :

Catalog Rule Product index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:00
Catalog Product Rule index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:32
Catalog Search index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:24

I notice above its saying requested store is not found.
Could this be why the products are not displaying on the home page or the categories too ?
Ive noticed the root category is showing an id of 2.
Can any one assist please.
