I wonder if someone has a solution to this issue.
So we have one website with two stores for both US and Canada.
We are using mainly FedEx for both US/Canada and Purolator for Canada. We are using the free plugins for both and it calculates fairly close to light items for shipping. We do have special rates, however, overnight shipping is usually off for some reason.
However, we sell heavy items like cases of mugs and that's where the calculations for shipping are off. If it is one case of mugs, it's fine, but once it goes to 2+, that's when it's not calculating correctly. Each case of mugs is considered as one box and is shipped
Does anyone have any idea how to solve these issues of both getting the correct freight rate for overnight shipping and for heavy items?
