Shopping cart VAT error Magento 2.3.3.

Hello, I have a problem with Magento 2.3.3. version. I would greatly appreciate your help (sorry for my English

Prices on my website include VAT and are displayed correctly, I mean, when I upload a new product, and add the price, it already includes 21% VAT. Tax rules and Tax Zones and rates are configured correctly.

When you navigate in the website, the prices of the products are correct. The problem appears when you adding the product to the shopping cart, and proceed to ordering, at that time, Magento add another 21% VAT, I mean, add VAT twice, to the products and shipping costs. That's the problem.

The funny thing is that I have all the parameters of stores >> configuration >> sales >> Tax with “Including Tax”. I also have another website (to do a test), in Mgento 2.3.2. version, with exactly the same parameters, identical configuration, and it works correctly.

The configuration seems all fine, but still, I will suggest to compare it with your second website where all is working.

Please check if any third party extension is not affecting this functionality.

Try 2.3.4 version as well once to get an idea how it works there.

It seems like Magento has a Tax problem in 2.3.3. I don't have the same error, but my installation is only calculation 16% instead of using the set 19%.

I hope 2.3.4 solves the prob.

Navigate to Store > Configuration > Sales > Shipping Settings

Check the result after caching.
